Thank you…

As the OSP comes to an end, so does this blog. A big thank you to everyone who was involved. over the summer around 700 people took part in creative activity with many more telling us their stories and ideas. We will use what we have learnt to plan an exciting phase 2 for the engagement project. As commissions are confirmed we will announce then on the Creativity Works website http://www.creativityworks.info

Last chance to get involved…

It’s the last workshop today for Accrington Open Shop, before the launch of the commemoration exhibition on September the 4th. This means that we will have come to the end of all the Open Shop Projects. We do however have exciting phase two projects in the pipeline and I’ll add links to these as soon as we have details.

Tatton Park Biennial…

Another good example of heritage and arts working alongside each other if you get a chance to visit. One of the most impressive pieces has to be Kate MccGwire, Evacuate. see here for more details  http://www.tattonparkbiennial.org/
